- Care: Keep all fine art out of direct sunlight. You may dust and/or buff with a soft cloth. The only way the wax will melt is if there is a fire and the temperature is over 150 degrees. If that is the case, just get out of your house and stay safe!
Shipping:
- Your painting will be shipped by USPS by Priority Mail.
- Shipping only to US addresses; please include your street address at checkout. (No PO boxes)
- Lead time is 5 days before shipping — we will email you tracking information.
Returns:
I hope you enjoy owning and displaying your painting as much as I enjoyed creating it!
In case of damage:
- Please retain the painting and the original package and take a photograph showing the damage.
- Send an email with the photo attached to: tammy@tammyhaman.com within 7 days of receipt.
- A claim will be filed with the shipping company and a refund will be issued.
Return Policy:
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, you may return it for credit as follows:
- Contact me within 7 days of receipt at tammy@tammyhaman.com or use our contact form found on our website
- Painting must be in excellent condition — pack it in the original shipping container
- I will send you my return address for you to ship it back to me
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Once returned, and upon inspection, we will issue a refund.
